6 survivors, 75 reported dead - chartered plane, so basically the entire club plus around 20 or so journalists & flight crew - horrendous.

They were scheduled to play the Sudamericana final, South America’s equivalent of the Europa League on Sunday.

There's a Wiki for it already.

2016 continues to be one long repeated kick in the dick for people dying.

Would be a nice touch if the club could offer some support. Financial, or maybe offer them a player on loan?

A sharp elbowed midfield enforcer perhaps?

Should've made the offer 72 hours ago so he had time to travel with the squad.

Hang on, so as Manchester United fans we're making jokes about a football team that's just had it's squad ruined by a plane crash?

Perhaps the club could invite Chapecoense over for a charity friendly and you can all stand on the terraces doing the aeroplane gesture?
