Gyan (Ghana)
Hate to say it but Boateng (Germany/City)
Ozil (obv)
Villa (So much better than Torres)
Julio Cesar (Brazil)
Makoun, showed flashes (Cameroon)
Little Pea

And I thought Meireles (Portugal - ironically, we're being linked with) has been quality.

ffs talk about stating obvious

He is miles ahead of any other keeper on display at the world cup though

Yeah, he was expected to do well, obviously. But so were a lot of top named players that haven't done so.

Sorensen was doing well until Grimey cursed him

Also thought De Rossi was the best of a bad Italian bunch too. And, obviously again, would have him in a heartbeat.

Park Ji Sung has been better than most of the players mentioned in this thread. He's twice the player in the middle than he is outwide.

Cavani - didn't realise he was that good

Kjaer has more or less performed as expected, very good for a 21 yr old CB.

That Mexican player who skinned Evra looked good when he came on.

He still will do if they lose to Germany tho. Would have been playing Ghana otherwise.
