I don't even think he'd notice. To him football is a game in which you try not to lose and never get ideas above your station, and I think he'd take that approach whether it was Blackburn or Barcelona. He's already proved it at one of the world's biggest clubs. He sucks all the ambition and passion out and replaces it with dour pragmatism, and expects endless praise for doing so because by and large, in Britain that's what dour pragmatism gets you.
