The money him and few others must be on to turn in mediocre performances season after season, yet people would sooner turn on other players who offer much more to the team.

He's never going to be the player we want him to be so £#%&! him off and start the stripping down the squad requires.

Especially if was called Wayne.

I'll never understand how he's had so much time at United, barring some decent performances in the 2008, he's done pretty much nothing to justify his place here.

there is that, it's certainly the reason the fans have had his back. Hopefully van Gaal shows us his big %@#$&!s by getting something out of him or telling him to do one in January.

He was brilliant for the second half of the 2010 season and into 2011, then he got injured and he's just been through a succession of injuries, being dropped and poor form ever since.

Was brilliant against Madrid until he was sent off.

Waste of talent, poorly utilised and looked after by United imo.

Yet Valencia could stink it out game after game and still get into the starting line-up while not a murmur of disapproval would come from the crowd in his direction

I don't care whether he cried at Anfield after suffering a horrible tackle as I'm not looking for someone to go into the trenches with me but I'm just looking for talented footballers and Nani is that

If he goes then he goes, I'm not that arsed but I would like to see him have one season under a great coach like LvG
A lot of people could be eating humble pie this time next year but probably not
pretty much sums up my thoughts too.

That must be why his team mates voted him player of the year in 2011, after winning the title. Even Rooney voted for him iirc.

Summer of 2007 :shakehead:

Giddy as giddy could be. Nani, Anderson, and Hargreaves all in quick succession early on. Followed up with Carlos Tevez.

All gone to shite

Only the summer of 2001 compares for excitement recently.

Harsh comparing Nani to Anderson tbh, done a lot more for United in his time.

Nani will flourish under LvG.

Rooney is the sticking block - he needs to be roasted alive and have an apple shoved in his mouth.

Nani has more skill in his afro than Valencia, Young, Bebe, Anderson and Fellaini combined.
