van Perise and Kagawa are going to be amazing for us (fingers crossed), Buttner looks promising and in a position we really needed it, who knows with Powell, and Henriquez is very highly rated.

Any other time that would be fantastic. But we need that £#%&!ing midfielder

So 'no'

nope.

Scored more goals last season than the previous 3. at least.

He had one job. One area screaming out. Been yelling for 4 summers.

Gross negligence.

Im going with yes because I didn't think we'd land 2 world class attackers like Kaggers and Rvp back in April.

Disappointing no CM has arrived but doesn't overshadow 2 brilliant buys imo.

It has been better than expected, I'm not fully in the no camp, we've bought well, but still missing that one player for me...

Excited for the new season, just on the edge of going very wrong for us again though...

pleased with rvp and kagawa, but the lack of much-needed %@#$&!s in the middle of pitch has not been addressed, again

so, it's a firm no

If we retire Fletcher and buy a decent midfielder we could be looking at our best ever side with perfect balance across the squad. As it is, we'll be papering over cracks for another year.

Hate to say it but the best business we can do is finally move on Giggs and Scholes. Been years since I've been able to look forward to a big game as you just know they'll both feature.

It's a strange one. It as if the more he hears about our midfield problems from the fans/press, the less inclined he is to do anything about it.

'what do they know about managing a football club blah blah' kind of attitude which is totally fair enough if it wasn't for the fact that this issue is so

Other than that, I'm delighted with kaggas and rvp as it looks like we're going to play some exciting football again, or we're at least capable of it now. And hopefully their influence will bring the best out of what is a really decent squad apart from the you know what bit.

So I am pretty happy with the squad but I could have been easily delighted.

Also disappointed that fergie's kept his coach and assistant in a job though. The fitness levels and the obesity concerning at least two of our players is £#%&!ing outrageous. Anderson shouldnt receive a wage until he weighs in at under 13 stone.
