It depends on what you think a player needs to learn.

It's important at his age that he is getting minutes and that is happening. He will no doubt be learning a lot about what is expected from a player at this level. He'll be learning about hostile atmospheres, playing against experienced players etc...

He'll obviously not be learning about the nuances of the position we would all like him to play. But with the current state the team is in, I think it's probable best for him that he stays out on the wing for now.

Spurs are falling into the trap of constant contract negotiation with their big names.

Kane, Alli etc... are all getting a new contract every 12 months. It's a bit of a farce.

I suppose Spurs feel it's the only way to maintain their player's values in the event of a sale. Still seems stupid though.

He can if he's paying attention as he can learn where and how the best positions to take up space to receive deliveries from wide players are. Whether that's delaying runs, standing still at the right time etc. Fergie did it loads with players when they were younger so they'd know what was expected of them.

Levy would probably demand £200m for him, the £#%&!ing gimp.

And Woodward would probably knock him down to a mere £130m, the £#%&!ing belm.

Whilst City sign Griezmann for half that.

Seeth.
