Nothing for now. Will more than likely be turned into rail seats once the trial in J stand gets passed though.

Make the Stretford End like it used to be - standing at the front and E-stand seats at the back:

Rip out the hospitality shite in the middle.

We’re going to stay in the TRA bit mate, much prefer it over there. They let you create a group with other ST holder mates and stand together.

https://www.theredarmy.co.uk/faq for those that weren't aware of where the TRA is.

Hopefully they'll get rid of the family section from the Stretford End too, maybe into the NW quadrant. Would look awesome to have the whole of the bottom tier as rail seating and get a decent atmosphere back. Then, as it takes off, United Road tier one.

That said, used to be a better atmosphere when away fans were in the scoreboard end paddock as well.

The family stand is being relocated as from next season to more central North T2 as another step of getting the atmosphere to improve again from the Stretford End. They should have £#%&!ed off the exec bit in the middle of the Stretty before doing that, but there you go. The roof above where most of the family stand is now in the Stretty paddock/SW corner does help with acoustics to be fair- so it's a good place to start from with the atmosphere section. L-stand/the current away section benefits from that aswell- there was a request to shove the away fans up to East T2 and let TRA have L-stand, but the club's safety advisors weren't keen on that.

There's understandably been a few grumblings and complaints from current Family Standers about being relocated, but it's the only bit in the ground that has the regular turnover/changeover of people's seats due to having to be forced to move out once the youngest member of your group turns 16 anyway. Explanation behind it is on this if anyone is really £#%&!ing bored and wants a read from the latest fan meeting thing, all sounds fair enough tbh- page 11 is the relevant bit...

https://assets.manutd.com/AssetPicke...8195654440.pdf

The club themselves though other than the safety team have seemingly been really cooperative to get this TRA thing off the ground and into action the last couple of years, and the two lads behind it are time served and good blokes/and know the score with things. The home games last/this(?) season have been £#%&!ing miles better being able to stand with your mates in a decent group and be loud as you want etc. Makes such a difference that even home games against shite were much more enjoyable again. Would def' recommend it to anyone who wants more of the away type atmosphere at home aswell.

Can’t see the singing section being given the whole Stretford end lower, not for a long time anyway. They’re some of the cheapest seats in the stadium and there’s people that have been sat there longer than I’ve been alive. In an ideal world, the old boys would move the the north or south stands.

It’s ‘okay’ moving the family stand as people outgrow the section once the kid become 16 but moving out old timers is a bit different.
