Anyone arsed about the Cup FInal then??

Can't think of an FA Cup Final I've been less interested in watching in the past 25 years or so..

I've honestly only just realised it's on today, I think gives you an answer

I said I wasn't going to watch it but it's a good excuse to take a few hours off from exam revision so I will.

Portsmouth to win 1-0.

No Arsenal, Chelsea or vermin - looking forward to watching it.

I'll watch it....but it's hardly got that Cup Final 'buzz' about it has it?

I'm not just being a mardy @#%&! because we're not there....just that you'd like it to have a touch more 'glamour'

I don't subscribe to this 'Big4' bullshit. I think Arsenal & Liverpool are lucky to be grouped with ourselves & Chelsea for a start...

..but it'd be a lot more appealing if it was say Spurs V West Ham...or Newcastle V Everton for example...

Fair play to the 2 teams & their fans etc () but it's got the look of a Play-Off Final rather than the FA Cup Final.

there've been just as dull line-ups in recent years - 97, 00, 03 etc

basically if it's not got United in it then i don't give a £#%&!

but at least the coverage should be pretty neutral this year, what with no vermin or arsenal

It makes a change if you ask me. In the old days it used to be fun watching lesser teams in cup finals.

Mind you, both of these teams are dull as shite and I can't stand all the razmatazz these days so no, I'm not watching it.

would have been nice if it were 2 mid table prem clubs with poor defences.

i think it should be a good game. pretty open and full of passion. the fa cup final is pretty special anyway and it can't be any worse than utdv chelsea.

I'll be watching. For nearly all of these players this will be the biggest match of their lives, and winning it will be the most important moment of their careers. Will be nice to watch it contested by two teams of players for whom it really is something special, rather than just another trophy.

Yeah, I agree with that bit...I just wish they were better 'smaller' Clubs.
As I said...something like Newcastle V Spurs would be pretty decent.
