Yep, I remember Owen when he stormed onto the scene at 17 and he looked incredible. This kid looks like that, but also able to more than hold his own in physical battles against men. Only turned 16 in July ffs

Fair play, Madrid have got themselves a player there.

I remember seeing Owen on TV when he was 15. Was that Victory Shield tournament they used to play with the other home nations. Was incredible then. I'm sure Wes Brown may have been in same side.

Anyone remember Raheem Sterling bagging 6 in a youth cup game at 15 or so, might’ve been 5 tbf; some players just burst into it, doesn’t mean they remain incredible though.

Edit: it was 5 tbf. Against Southend

He's had a pretty decent career tbf to him. Though looks like he may have hit his heights already.

Yeah, doesn’t feel like he ever really kicked on as much as he probably should though.

Still, I'd take what he has done off any player coming through our academy

Chelsea have reached an agreement worth £17.5m with Vasco da Gama to sign 18-year-old Brazilian midfielder Andrey Santos. (Globo, via Metro)
Never heard of him. Must have an Italian passport or something.
