Roque Santa Cruz
People are obviously going to think I'm saying this just 'cos he scored yesterday. However for a few months I've thought he may be a good signing for us but kept it to myself. But the other night during a conversation (in real life) I mentioned he'd be a good signing, obviously he wouldn't be a popular choice. The way I see it no big striker is going to come in and sit on the bench, even Tevez can't get in the side in big games. So I think somebody like Santa Cruz would be a good signing, he would be pretty cheap and give us another dimension. He's good in the air, skillful and a decent finisher. I think we should sign him.
Santa Cruz and a right back would complete the squad, imo. |

He'd never even been near 20 goals before blackburn. So Hughes has discovered a gem really. it just needed to be polished.
