It was abysmal. A few times Giggs was looking for a run ahead of him, nobody was showing so he either kept on to it for too long or was forced to try something too ambitious.

Hey, we must of been watching the same channel.

Nani was on for Giggs to add some pace, out of all the options Giggs whether or not he had played well was the only choice.

Giggs shouldn't be starting games anymore imo. Use him from the bench as an impact player if needs be but he offers very little from the wing as a starter anymore.

Him and Wez were the rubbishest by far today.

Agreed to a point but sadly i think both him and the ginger prince are in the twilight of their utd careers.

Have to say the internet warriors who line up with a relish to hurl abuse on them, are grade A @#%&!s.

Central midfield £#%&!ed us up today. One short in there though, so not too surprising. Now of course if Tevez hadn't fluffed that chance it would all have been so different. Far too much long ball shite from the outset for it ever to be a decent game of football. Ronaldo should've destroyed that scouse @#%&! Warnock but we couldn't get the ball to him out there. How that's Giggs' fault only you clueless @#%&!s will know.

Didn't think it'd be long before Rhodri logged on

The worst part about his game today was that he actually got himself into some very good positions with good approach play but his final pass let him down badly.

The theme of this year is that he has struggled away from home, to start both he and Scholes in this type of match is a risk.

point being that the only way to get Ronaldo into the game was to give him a freer role. to maintain the threat down scouse @#%&!'s side it made sense to bring on Nani, who incidentally was then able to give Warnock much more of a hard time than Ronaldo - Blackburn's focus was shifted.

this scenario is the exact reason why I keep saying we need to be looking for another two-footed, skillful fast wide player. once Giggs packs it in who will cover for Ronaldo and Nani? Who will provide a similar threat from the bench as either of them?

there were two situations in particular; one from that spin and then slightly overhit pass to Evra and another when he had all the time he needed but delayed it.

on both occasions nobody in the middle made half a yard across the front post to show.

the team didn't function even on some of the basics for large parts. the one set play that worked saw Giggs in the hole, back to goal, tee up Scholes to play in the third man run of Tevez. Rooney and Tevez were through for a tap in but the officials decided that wasn't fair.

Just to name one to against that, what about when he had loads of space and over hit a rolled ball for Evra which went out of play?

Because he's won so much with us etc when he does the slightest half decent thing people will mention it but the times he £#%&!s up are far more.

There's a list of things he does:

Bottles out of tackles
Shit crosses
Delays passes
Strolls about
Stupid flicks

For me, Giggs and Scholes didn't expect Nani and Anderson to come in and put their position under threat so early, this is new to Giggs and Scholes to be honest.

all agreed, not his biggest fan at the moment but Giggs wasn't the worst in the 1st half. Thought he was one of our better players.

Was worried from the start with the tactics, would have liked to have seen another body in central midfield. Blackburn is such a physical game as Boro away always is. Think we'd have won both games games if we'd have played 3 in central midfield.

We all know giggs is crap now, But what really annoys me is say if Ronaldo has a misplaced pass everyone goes "ahhhhhh for £#%&!s sake" But when giggs does it it's "GIGGS YOU £#%&!ING WELSH TOSS POT WHAT THE £#%&! ARE YOU DOING YOU LITTLE £#%&!ING @#%&!! "

It's ok to to have a moan but not blame him because he can't get onto someone elses crap ball, or if his through ball doesnt get past 7 men. ffs

Some people can be right @#%&!s and only see what they want. No joke it's mostly the cockneys that do it aswell.

Giggs' best games for United in recent seasons have been in central midfield.
