Um no, he didn't.

The young players are going backwards, the signings that have come in have looked largely average, and the playing style is absolutely dire. Extract this boil out of the club before he does irreversible damage to the identity and tradition of Manchester United Football Club.
And it's no surprise

If he fails it's what he does. Cries, blames and leaves in disgrace. Wasn't befitting of us in 2013 and he's done nothing in the meantime to change that.

We hired out of desperation and now we're paying for it

It's not just the results. It's a draw today. We have decent points.... it's about the process. We're boring, low risk and generally just insipid....and when we lose....he drags us down...fights in the tunnel, walking out of press conferences, having a go at the money side of things...

Painful watching bright, exciting players like martial Pogba mkhitaryan Rashford all look terrified .....Mourinho getting pissy on the touchline like a miserable old @#%&!.

.. £#%&! off. Just £#%&! off.

this - these guys won't all of the sudden become a great team. before jose gets the door there should be loads of players out the door. but you can't do that so jose will get the chop. someone else will come in and with the same players will get the same results.

What do you expect when likes of Herrera, Bogbrush, Jones, Smalling, Blind, Young, Darmian, Mkhitaryan, Lingard, etc. keep remaining at the club?

If United are to ever get to the top level again, those shit@#%&!s need to be gotten rid of.

That's on the manager too. His players. Motivate them.

Mourinho isn't really known for his detailed coaching, at least nowhere near the extent of someone like Guardiola, LvG or even Conte. Didn't have a clue how to put a session on until LvG schooled him in his mid-30s. His understanding of the dressing room dynamics always felt a bigger strength.

That ability to unite a group of players for the cause has always set him apart. Most who worked under him during his greatest spell will say they have worked with more tactically detailed coaches, but not many who give so much confidence and belief.

Is that magic still there? There was reason based on recent years to think it could be dwindling.

But then when your £90m talisman goes hiding and your £75m super striker cry off after a few minutes you know you're in trouble

Get rid of Mourinho and it gives the squad full of shit@#%&!s more time at the club.

I can’t defend that. The team or the manager.

Awful.

It wasn't plenty of doubts about his character and antics then and it hasn't alleviated now

Not been watching him recently? See his exit at Chelsea?

Only thing he's done differently this time round is not win the league in his second season

One of the biggest coaches of the last 20 years....a winner.... but a shitbag who should never be anywhere near our club

Rather than worrying about who’s going to be scapegoated I’d worry more about who’s going to get bigged up again when it’s crystal £#%&!ing clear that none of our forwards have a clue.

Rashford has never looked more like an out of his depth youth player than he does now. He literally does not know what to do in critical moments. Mata is finished, Lingard never was and I wouldn’t be shocked if Mkhitaryan tried to end it all tonight, he looks haunted.

Matic is physically shot, Pogba irrelevant and Shaw should volunteer a pay cut after that.

What’s the answer when you need a whole new squad and manager that inspires rather than destroys?

Back at Utd we are still trying to work out how to best use him. Like you I adore his talent level and those times he just looks unplayable but he needs to mature quickly.
Have had this argument a few times. I don't think he's a better player at 24 than he was at 21. Clearly part of that is that he was so good at Juve when he was 21, but there's been little development in terms of his tactical understanding or overall influence.

I remember Henry saying a year or so back he's not sure Pogba knows what type of player he's supposed to be. Still looks that way.

but a player that needs motivation to play for united should be out the £#%&!ing door. it's united , and they get paid for it. motivated to walk out that tunnel - so that tells me we lack professionalism before kick off. fire the manager will change £#%&!all without a leader out there.

We would be on 21 or even 22 titles now if he had taken over from SAF. Nqat.

Seeing Pogba stroll around half arsed against Southampton isn't down to Mourinho and his lack of motivation IMO, it's more a player not being bothered and he's not the only one

Sacking the wouldn't solve much if anything.

Mourinho being a sulking, childish turd in his interview. No class.
