He can buy himself out of his contract too though.

Frankly, I can't see United selling to Liverpool and any potential move there will have to be engineered by himself.

That will include going against the wishes of the club, the fans and paying £6m of his own money.

Should he do that, he'll deserve all the shit he gets.

Erm, there's a thread on here saying he can buy himself out but not to go to a club in this country, was that not true?

Its true alright.

If the scouse want him then they have to buy him from us. Surely Fergie won't sanction selling him to them murdering @#%&!s.

That is true, according to Premier League rules, if he were to buy out his contract then he can only go abroad.

Oh really?

Sorry. I missed that thread. I didn't know that. Not that it's much of a judge, but neither did the Daily Mail according to the article I read.

I don't think he'll go there either way.

I want him to stay, it's just not really on the cards.

If our squad was the same now bar Tevez joining and Smith and Richardson leaving for about £12m then I'd be very pleased with that. Another £5m for Richardson.

Anywhere but the scouse.

I think he'd weaken the scouse defence personally as i rate carragher (tin hat well and truly on) and Agger isn't bad either. I'd also rather have Riise at left back so where is he going to fit in if he does go?

Apparently, if he was to do that, he couldn't join a club within that same country.

Apparently.

Can't imagine that to be the case, sounds like a trade restriction to me.
