bit disappointed, I thought the thread title was 'United release 2014115 Squad members' - ..I'm in more of a cull mood than buying mood at the minute & I'd have been happy with a number in that ballpark.

TBF to Powell he had 2 first team games, looked tidy and scored one goal his first season, it's not his fault Moyes then decided to loan him to Wigan without really giving him a shout. He scored 1 in 4 for Wigan last year, 1 in 2 in their Europa League matches, that's pretty good for a midfielder, I reckon he's worth a squad place and he's only 20 could kick on under LVG.

Agree, he should at least be given a chance, otherwise, welllll, what was the point in signing him?
