All but two on citeh's books are eligible.

Is there a limit to the number of changes the club is allowed to make to the 25 in January as there is in the CL?

No. You can't make changes at all. You can only make changes in january.

Unless it is for a 'special' reason like injuries to all your goalkeepers since it is thought as a specialist position.

I think he's asking how many changes you can make in January. In the champs league you can only register, I think, one new player in the winter transfer window?
