That's what I thought too. Sterling didn't have the guilty look of someone who had been caught out. He had the incredulous, what-the-£#%&!-are-you-talking-about look of someone wrongly blamed.

This. Don't know how anyone can watch him even being interviewed to be honest, let alone watch a documentary about that £#%&!ing lot

I've said it before, he wants to be the new Shankly so much that he is even trying to talk with a Scottish burr

Shame he makes Di Canio sound like a native though

Which means, of course, when you add that on to 22 years already.......

The documentary is brilliant. It is a work of art. It is almost like the scousers are taking the piss out of themselves for our benefit. Up there with Do I Not Like That documentary for cringeworthy moments.

He had no choice, it's a PR trip by the yank owners to expose the 'brand', especially to America.

Brenton just can't help himself from making a complete tit of himself

His accent is the least of his worries. I didn't really know anything about him until he got the dippers job this summer, I had him down as late 40s/early 50s going off what I'd seen of him. The @#%&!'s 39 ffs

I watched the first 20 minutes of the TV show. It was so cringeworthy I had to switch it off. The wallpushing £#%&!ers are making themselves look more ridiculous than I ever dreamed possible.
The revolting sentimentality, the 'Brent isms' & the lack of self-awareness is astonishing.

it would be great if the decisions were all officially sanctioned and brenton was loudly told to shut the £#%&! up.

'We get nothing but a hard luck story. I'm sure that will change. That was my point to Mike (Riley)'

Then why call him then?

Imagine if Fergie had rang Mike Riley basically asking for some decisions over the next few weeks? RAWK would explode.
