Football Manchester United v West Ham - 04/02/24 2pm KO - Official Match Thread.

Wonder if he’ll stick with his plan of throwing enough shit and hoping some sticks?

3-2

Looking forward to this.

With Martinez back in between Varane and Shaw the defensive unit looks much more solid.

Lads like Antony and Rasmus picking up form, and Rashford has bagged in his last 3 league starts. Momentum building; home win for the Reds.

Clean sheet incoming.

Will score 3 for a third game running . (If Martinez plays) should be the same team as thursday barring injuries

Must win. Need to show that wolves was the start of us progressing. Same team.

Will genuinely be gutted if we don’t win this one.

Agreed. A solid 5 goals shipped at Newport and Wolves.

And of those five, one was a ridiculous penalty decision, one a deflected shot, and couple when not all three of Martinez, Varane and Shaw were on the pitch. Apart from that, good point.

not sure picking our best 11 is "throwing enough shit" tbf

expect the same side, although i'd like one of the worst footballers i've ever seen (dalot) dropped. maybe give amad some minutes late in the game.

Last Thursday we made a good start, but by the end of the day nearly threw it away. Today, amazing we’ll play, won’t have to hope for a last min special…”

Really conscious of false dawns but a game we need to win and should win.

Same team. I'd still rather no Rashford but we don't have any choice. Amad still not ready I guess.

They’re without Paqueta who is their best player. No Antonio either and we always struggle to deal with him.

Have we ever actually smacked a Moyes team about since his time here? It feels long overdue. Catharsis is needed.
