Maybe Becks's goal made it 2-2? Don't remember the order. Magnificent shit cartwheel though.

Think there was some daft rule early doors, briefly, where the home team wore their away kit.. wore blue against Olympiakos for instance. Sure there were others.

Oh yeah. That kit was a 68 reference wasn't it? Never a fan of us in blue tbh, whatever the shade.

Ah, yes. The famous home team wears their away kit rule.

United turned out in their blue away kit after the French referee Gilles Veissiere ruled a red stripe running down the side of the visitors' black shirts would clash with the usual home tops.

The early noughties pyjamas thing was a bit crap. Sharpe hat-trick at Arsenal notwithstanding.

Lovely shirt that, one of my favourite away strips.

At the time I liked the black and blue one from 92/93.

Just looked it up, it's if the away teams home and away kits clash with the home kit, then home team wears their away kit.

Anybody remember us wearing West Ham's away socks or something similar in the 80's?

That's fair enough, they cant rush back home for another kit.

We just go inside out but the sponsors wouldn't be happy with that.
