Mate of mine was haggling with a Spanish tout for three tickets. The tout gave him the tickets before he'd paid for them. A red who was standing behing my mate whispered "you've got the tickets, just do one" and so my mate legged it.

When he'd finally escaped and stopped to get his breath back the red who'd been behind him then demanded two of the tickets. He had to leg it all over again.

Tickets were in the German end.

My ticket cost 250, touts were also openly selling fake tickets for about 30 quid and plenty were buying them just to chance their luck at the gates.

Got mine for £25 ish. Good to see in recent years UEFA socking it to the touts who were charging more than 10 times face value by increasing the face value by about ten times.

That was the face value of my Wembley ticket the other year. About £120 for Moscow too, iirc.

Online resellers were getting £3K a ticket for the 2011 final
