It’s a measure when it’s private and nothing to lose or gain. Not when the response is hugely media managed and millions in income on the line. In that case the response is consistent with what you’d expect once the incident gained publicity.

If I was them i'd fire him, put him in celeb bb, then rehire him. he needs to make that journey. I do think it was a moment of madness but it was still madness.

Way too many people coming out that it's ok to spit if provoked. It's never ok. I've had fights with people but I don't remember spitting at or being spat on as part of those fights.

the only mitigation i'd make is it wasn't a proper spit, it was basically put liquid in your mouth then blow it out rather than hack up phlegm and spit that.

the guy needs to be fired or else it's 'sky spits' the brand.
