The vermin are shit, with a weak defence and their best player missing. Sure United had the two clowns at the back, but not one shot in the 2nd half?

What would he have done if Mane was fit? 6 at the back?

Because the past results show a Consistent pattern suggest that the things you've listed aren't irrelevant.

Mourinho is saying it's just another game to take the pressure off. Everyone knows it isn't just a game.

Did they have a shot 2nd half?

Honestly, there's loads more games left in the season and no £#%&!er will be arsed how we did if we win a few more trophy's this season.

Past games, with different players, coaches, at different times in the season with both sides in different form and fitness? The only correlation is from people like you who make something from nothing because of the hype around the fixture.

I don't make up the results pal.

Different coaches, teams, strategies, players...... and we still always struggle there.

No but you're making up the excuses.

Each match should be judged on its own merits.

Not at all. I haven't given a reason as to why. Just that it happens.

The results, spanning decades suggest that this is not just another fixture.

Have you watched our performances there in the last 25 years? It's invariably a difficult game. It's either a complete coincidence that each time the team and everything surrounding it just happened to not play free flowing great football.....or the fact it's away to our biggest rivals has some kind of effect on proceedings.

Each match is also judged on its merits. There's been plenty of that on here today.

But then we wouldn't get the same post over and over again explaining that we didn't play well there under saf.

Not for about 20 years?

We did in most respects in 2007-08, but it was still only 1-0. Should have done in 2014-15, but ended up clinging on for grim death against 10 men

Doesn't matter how shit they are, they always raise their game against us in this fixture. ALWAYS. Amazing how easily people forget this

Isn't it long before time we raise our £#%&!ing game then? Rather than this handwringing "oh it's Liverpool away what can we do" shit. Disgusting

Maybe when we aren't hit by last minute injuries and have to field a makeshift back 4, then?

Could you be anymore hysterical on this thread?

Throwing around Strawman arguments and ridiculous hyperbole.

A 0-0 draw in October: disgusting

Pace yourself. There'll be bigger disappointments than this to come.

Doubt it tbh.

We won't lose a single game in the league this season imo.

What have the back four got to do with it? Liverpool didn’t score mate. Bailly might have made a difference in all of those three corners we got though.
