I don't think there's any manager who would have had them doing any better. Still in with a chance of staying up. What else were they expecting at the start of the season?

exactly what i was thinking

these smaller clubs are run like insane asylums tbh, they somehow have got it in their head that they should be better than what they are, with little to no evidence or past glory to suggest it

And on the back of it Phelan will pocket a £#%&!ing fortune no doubt, well deserved
