Question Martial - is there any hope for the lad?

Was genuinely one of the best things about last season, but seems to have completely fallen off a cliff since easter. I know he had some tabloid issues but had a shocker of a Euros and has looked off the pace this season as well.

Is it just a confidence issue or do we have a genuine one season wonder on our hands...like Januzaj.

J@&%!aj wasn't even a one season wonder. He had a rush of blood to his head on his debut. That was it.

He was our most promising youngster since Ronaldo for a few months. Lost his place to Mata and then his season kind of just petered out.

I'm also worried about Martial. He's a talent playing in an underperforming team and he has big personal issues. It's not hard to imagine he doesn't want to stick around.

I'm pretty sure there was nothing up with him yesterday. It looked like he used the clash of heads as an excuse to get off the pitch. Either way, he clearly didn't have his head in the game. His first touch was awful and he was failing to find the space he did so often last season. He just didn't seem interested.

Januzaj had a great season. It's easy to forget because it was an awful season otherwise but he looked the real deal.

Okay Dr Lok. How long did you spend assessing him?
