Had some great moments did Nanners. Would have liked to seen him stay longer tbh.

Not the greatest, but Hughes equaliser in 92-93 was decent. We were 0-2 down and looking desperate. First goal also came from Hughes (a lob) before a diving header for 2-2, 89th minute.

I was in North Lower with the Stretford End being rebuilt with some #@&%! complaining all game next to me and l told him we'd get back into it.

Celebration was more relief, but Hughes got us out of the shit. Scousebusting resumed at Anfield that season with a 1-2 win
