i can see there being major resistance to the current plans...

The CPO own the freehold of the current ground, as well as the name of the club. I do wonder if this bid is just an attempt to convince the majority of CPO members to sell up to Roman, after which they'll build a much cheaper ground somewhere else?

If they're serious, it'll be the most impressive stadium in the League.

Yeah it looks a interesting idea, especially with them protecting the chimneys.

15,000 one tier stand too, would be a smart move to base it around Dortmund's 25k one tier stand (Standing maybe?)
