I was saying that. I get a feeling he does things because he thinks it's what he should be doing rather than what he actually believes should happen. Like that little chat with that little rat faced scouse @#%&! of a child who was coming back from injury. The way he cupped the back of his head and spoke in hushed tones and talked his head off repeating the same fact (that he's good at getting and giving it) in about 16 different ways

Seems like a good coach, but his man management all feels very superficial

I caught the first episode yesterday and the comments about Andy Carroll must be up there with the funniest I've ever heard
