Same but Giggs for Nani.

But I'd be tempted to play Carrick in a midfield 3. However with our current form we need to play the same way, so same team. As stated.

Yep, I've been a big critic of Giggs this season but you have to play Giggs in games like this, plus he has had some rest recently and seemed a lot better against Kiev.

Anderson will be the key man tomorrow imo.

I agree that the only point of discussion (barring any injuries. Anderson?) is Giggs or Nani. I'd go with Giggs because of his big game experience and the fact that he will tuck into the middle where necessary and track back too.

He's been a good big game player for us down the years too.

The only other questions will be if any of the recently injured players make the bench. Saha? Neville? Carrick?

So, for the first time in a long time, this is the side I'd like to see AND the side I think Fergie will pick:

Edwina

Strangley Brown
De Janeiro
Vida
Pad E

Sigourney Weaver
Gillian
Gigglingtons

Chris T. Ano
Gnarly Gneck
Mickey Rooney

I'm pretty sure that's what he'll do, I'd go with Nani though.

tbh I don't think I could take Nani's 'push the ball 7 yards in front' and chase it method for this.

Despite what people say it will be fairly tight at times and Giggs has the ability to tuck in and yes he can be infuriating, but he usually assists or scores in big games.

Heres my prediction for the match;

rio off after half an hour due to pulled groin.

Hargreaves running around like headless chicken and being passed to death.

rooney swears at the ref.

tevez works his socks off but doesnt do anything too special.

giggs misplaces several passes and puts us under pressure.

Arsenal create a glut of chances and put two of them away.

Fletcher on as second half super sub.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Na i dont believe any of that - were going to win - we have too much class over the park. arsenal will always get a few chances but they've never faced a defence/midfield and even forward line that will pressure them so much. You can play a slick passing game if you have a second to pass the ball - we wont give them half a second. Hopefully.

Balance is important though. Anderson and Hargreaves will provide plenty of pace and energy so the experience and guile of Giggs (should he perform well) could compliment then nicely.

Yeah, that's fair enough, as I say, toss of a coin in many ways.

Oh by the way, Lou,honestly go and support a club you like or summat. Or at least cheer up a hint.
