Go along with Vito but I see JM more of a nasty Richie Apprilla pissing everybody off and whose days are numbered

No idea who Uncle Junior the ex head honcho that still wants his cut and continues to work behind the scenes could be

Not seen the game, but were the goals scored from headers from inswinging crosses from the left to the back post?

Sounds good until you realise Fergie had the mentality of a winner while Mourinho has the mentality of a thin-skinned teenage sociopath with sand in his fanny.

More or less. Matic's was on the end of a free kick. From the left to the back post.

It'll be guys like Fellaini and Young who survive though

Manchester United may no longer have the performance pedigree of a top European club, but their manager is a serial winner, even if he says so himself....

The feeling persists that Mourinho stifles the players. He sets up the team in a way that says: "At this level, we're not very good." Then the team play with a lack of belief and the manager says: "See, I told you so, but let me remind you how good I am."

Yep. Painfully obvious that the likes of Smalling, Jones, Herrera, Bogbrush, Young, Valencia, Darmian, Rojo, Blind, etc. are not Manchester United players. United fans have been calling out these shit@#%&!s for years. Especially in this forum's Matchday threads.

But yet some people insist differently and claim that the shitness is 100% because of Mourinho and absolutely nothing to do with the players.

6 out of 9 of the players you mentioned above are fringe players at the club that barely play full 90 mins on a consistent basis.

Mourinho has had literally hundreds of millions of pounds to rebuild the side, and now we're two seasons deep into his tenure and the football is as bad as it's ever been.

Are those that back him genuinely ignoring his entire career history of negative, defensive, shit-on-a-stick football with no youth development? Are they that blinkered to think that he'll magically get us to click into a great side playing free-flowing attacking football with an abundance of youth leading the way?

Get your £#%&!ing heads out of the sand, you £#%&!ing morons. This @#%&! is killing the club, as well as shitting on it's history, tradition and values at every turn. I can forgive and accept bad results, but I can't excuse the play style, and certainly can't allow the constantly growing number of soundbytes that criticise the club's history in an attempt to protect his own ego.

In a market where a Southampton centre half goes for 90m.

As likely as any manager under the glazers and an 18 month grace period.

That would be the glazers.

there isn't a player in our squad that someone doesn't think is shit. mad, but that even includes de gea, who is the best goalkeeper in the world. still...

just because we could have better players doesn't mean the manager is right to say they are shit. any @#%&! can manage the best players in the world.

it's the same question of every manager - is he getting the best out of the players he has available? you can ask whether he's building something... whether he's worth sticking with.... but he still has to be able to do it now with what he has. and he's sucking big time. a pedestrian win at home over brighton doesn't erase what happened in europe. and beating liverpool didn't mean all is forgiven either - that kind of performance can win a game, but it can't win a league.

he needs to stop whining about his players and up his game. so £#%&!ing what if city didn't exist we'd be top? well... they do exist and they play exciting, watchable football and win. like we used to. and if we were top playing the way we are playing, we would still be £#%&!ing complaining. same as when fergie last won the league with a bunch of shit players.
