Watching it on +1, Gerrard is trying to not piss himself when he has the envelopes out

Anyone notice he gave it a SAF 'well done' at the end too

What. A. @#%&!.

unless rodgers has a reasonable level of success there - and on recent evidence that looks unlikely - him and the dippers will get slaughtered for this in future.

He's a very strange shape of a man for an ex-pro.

And his half time team talk at west brom was uninspiring, heavy on the cliches without any specifics.

this isn't what the manager was hoping for but as ever he will strive to strip his emotions from his evaluation

There was also a bit after the 3-0 where he said "Ok? They're all against us, yeah? Ok? Get used to it, ok? They're all against us? Ok".

the morning of the game isn't the time to be telling the team for the first time that their opponents play 4-2-3-1 and don't cross it much, so why does he call them in for a 9.00 meeting when he's got nothing to tell them that he hasn't already said?

i wonder if that meeting would have been called if there hadn't been cameras following them around...

No, it's a fully paid-up SoS/RAWK member who claims to be a 'playwright' (MOTWYW) sat in a pub on his jack, who burst into a poem, finishing it with a swig of a pint of Fosters with a minging frothy head
