The special once? Hes won domestic league titles in every league he has played ...scousers really are a weird bunch.

They could attack jose a number of ways but go for the one that makes least sense

Think they mean - once as in the "once he was special" - ie in the past. Doesn't really roll off the tongue though - cant see it catching on tbph.

And they get those kind of performances and results in big games every season. Raising their game for one off big games has never been their problem. When they're playing champions league and still putting a consistent run of results together in the league, then they can talk.

Given what mourinho thinks of Arsenal, I doubt the performance or result raised an eyebrow. Both teams played to type for that situation.

He cant be " special " in the past if he continues to win trophies.( which is the ultimate aim of every football club)
This still doesnt work...last season he won two trophies ( 3 if you want to go on a wum). He has won more in the last two years than klopp has anyway!

Re: 2017/2018 Season Expectations

Quote:
- We're winning the League this year. Quarters or semis in CL, we will be the most entertaining team in it. This is the year where we make some big statements on the pitch.

- There is 100 PL goals in this team. That's a minimum of Top 2. We can beat anyone in the CL. I'm expecting to challenge here too. Semis or final is possible.

- We're going to win the league. We've got Klopp and none of the others have.

- League - 2nd, CL - losing finalists

- I believe we can win the league. We can go all the way in the CL no matter what the draw.

- We will win the PL if we beat City this weekend. Simple as that.

- We could nick the league

- I think if we're top at Christmas, we'll win it.

- If we can steer clear of injuries, unlike last season I would fancy us for the title

- If we brought Van Dijk then i would have held great hope for the title

- Number 6.

- With V Dijk I truly believe we'd have a chance with most competitions

- CL Title is more realistic than a PL title. In the CL there are only 2 teams that give me fear, those are Atletico Madrid and Juventus, every other 'big opponent' will go all out offensively against us and that will suit us perfectly, so as long as we avoid those 2, in the knockout stage, there wil only 3 teams that could £#%&! us in the final, those would be Atletico, Real and Juventus.

- We'll win the PL in 18/19

Suspect they clinched it the week before. They won it by 9 points.

We could be talking the difference between them effectively clinching it and mathematically doing so here. Best to wait another week to be sure
