"No", she said, "but Bob Dylan's in the living room having a cup of coffee"'

I've heard it a few times, not sure if it's true but it deserves to be

Pretty sure it is. I grew up literally 5 mins from the old studio (wrong side of the hill), that story was legend even back then.

First read that in the Apocryphal Now fanzine given away in the NME in early 90s. Love it.

It also had the story about Warner Bros hassling Neil Young to deliver his new album which was months late. His assistant reassured them that Neil was indeed in the studio 'laying down some tracks' but he was actually building a big train set.

Loves his trains does Big Neil. Well though of in train set circles for inventing some kind of controller. I think he invented as some kind of train set aid for his disabled son originally. The details escape me.

The moider house on Turves rd, where the bloke battered his missus and 2 kids to death with a baseball bat was sold a few years after the incident & the one on Albert rd where the nurse drugged herself and 2 kids is still standing.
T'would appear that we don't do demolition of such properties in Cheagul Doom
