Now Hazard is 30, fat and permanently injured. They’re going to be stuck with two Bales next season.
Pogba has looked value compared to Hazzard.

It's all about what Pogba wants at the end of the day

He can leave this summer and we get some money for him or we are forced to exchange him for a player like Hazard (if he is hell bent on signing for Madrid which appears to be the case)

The only other option is to allow him to leave for free next summer.

One thing is certain is that we will be the losers in this case. We are struggling to attract big names as it already is. Pogba leaving would make us look weak af.

The third option, which is by far the most likely, is that he signs a contract extension this summer for (even) big(ger) money.

if we get haaland and a couple of midfielders, he can stay.

true. the point is, pogba is a luxury. if we can afford that luxury on top of addressing what we need, fine. if it's either/or, bye. more likely, we sell pogba and address nothing. tea party for mino and joel.
