My biggest concern about SJR is he’s been at Ineos for over 25 years, has never blacked out his instagram account or eaten his packed lunch in the company carpark on his own. I’m bigtime concerned about his drive and desire.

Why on Earth would he voluntarily hand over ONE BILLION £#%&!ING QUID for no reason? He’s not an idiot. He’s wealthy beyond anything the Glazers can imagine. He doesn’t need them. He doesn’t need our money. INEOS profit dwarfs ours. His concern is owning/running a football club. Our concern shouldn’t be his intentions, just his capacity to do the job well.

Some good PR early on. Means little in the long run, but nice to see after years of those scumbags hiding in the walls.
