They've pretty significant money problems that are going to hold them back.

It'll be an interesting few years for them.

Won’t the council give them another £200m?

What issues do they have given they got £100m back on their £80m original investment?

Was going to say, the prize money alone & corporate partnership crap they must generate off the back of that (plus the Club World Cup) should put them top of any income league for at least the last 4 seasons?

Highest wage bill in the world
Spending half a billion to put a pretty outside on their stadium

Over the last 3 seasons they've made a profit on transfers. Managers are told they have to buy to sell. It'd be delicious to watch them crumble.

Without Ronnie they're just another team.

Thank £#%&! they were still "not just another team" on that bloody day in May last year...

Isn't the ground being paid for by selling their arse to the arabs?

i think the bigger issue they have is getting rid of players who end up killing their managers.

Ramos publically came out against Conte when he was close to replacing their first manager sacked this season.

Luckily for them, they play in a pub league. So could lose 15 and finish 4th.

Just spent £22m on that’s Diaz from City tbf. Could be a shrewd move that.

Yeah. Hahaha. Jokes on them with their 13 European cups and 30 odd league titles.

They’ve spent loads of money improving the stadium and winning loads of European cups. What mugs.

Have you not been watching? We've turned a corner pal. Club legend in charge. 5 wins in a row. We're going to win everything. Everything.

City helped us as well. I wouldn't shead a tear if (when?) they crumble either.

Did they?

The vermin & Forest deffo did but don’t remember reading about City doing so.
Are you not think of post-WW2 & playing at Maine Road?

I know you're being sarcastic but honestly.... us laughing at the state of Real Madrid is like a bloke in a wheelchair laughing at a bloke who's stubbed his toe.

Real Madrid may have a slight wobble but they'll be absolutely fine in the longer run.

We on the other hand according to those stats published the other day are being bled dry by our vampiric owners. 800m quid we've spent on loans in the last 10 years. Eight Hundred Million £#%&!ing Quid that we should never have had to pay out.

Absolutely sickening.

Won the last 3 CLs and won 4 of the last 5.

Having a bad season...

Yup, absolute shambles of a club...

State of them...

did they !..nice. why?

edit: heres why

the €400m offer, originally agreed in 2014, has been definitively withdrawn because Abu Dhabi investment fund Mubadala, who are the majority shareholders in Cepsa, believe the stadium project has been downscaled and the time frame not been met
