can't believe there's not poll on this already.

Very tough choice.

Both flaky and won't last longer than a few years.

Mourinho is proven at more clubs and definitely in England.

I don't really like baldy.

If it makes you feel better; I prefer your unpretentious thread title.

I'd like Mourinho after Van Gaal has finished his contract and Mou has had a decent break. I don't think I'd want him in the summer. He needs a break.

Not Mourinho.

I have reservations about Pep, but the lesser of two evils.

No disrespect to Pep, but both Barcelona and Bayern are the top teams in both their leagues and I'm not 100% certain he's as good as he appears. Mourhino for me, won plenty jobby here and abroad, tried and tested to succeed here in the premiership, where it matters most. Pep after Jose would do nicely.

Mourinho for the bantz

His time at Porto and Inter are more impressive than pep at Barca and Bayern imo.

Pep took a team with Messi and won the treble. So did Enrique. He went to Bayern and won the league but not the CL.

He'll be taking a step down from here on in and can he do it? Jury is out for me.

But that time is also longer ago. I'm wondering now if he isn't adapting.

I feel like both of them stay at places short-term but maybe United could be the place to change that for Mourinho. I don't think we'd ever change Guardiola. We'd just be another place on the way to another place. tbh I don't think Pepe has done that well in germany. Bayern aren't the side they were.

He's the Neil Lennon of Germany.

He'll improve City but I don't think he'll win the CL

I can't believe it's even a debate. Mourinho would be a massive step backwards after van Gaal.
