Default Jose not happy with Rostov's pitch

"I don't know which team to play."

Mourinho drew comparisons with the quagmire that saw United's pre-season friendly against Manchester City in Beijing called off.

"In a very similar pitch in the summer in China, we and Manchester City decided not to play. But it looks like we have to play."

Sounds like getting out of there without a load of crocked players is going to be half the battle.

is it any wonder the likes of Ajax and Bayern lost there. They probably put out reserve teams.

Jose is very wary of playing Mkhitaryan now that pitch.

In December, Mourinho was angered by Uefa making United play the Europa League group-stage decider at Zorya Luhansk on a frozen pitch.

Asked about his latest grievance he said: "I just had a quick contact with one gentleman from Uefa when I was looking at the pitch and when I told him about my concerns, the gentleman just told me, 'The players are insured, if something happens no problem'."

Rostov unbeaten since November, might mean they don't sit back and defend all game

tbf they're unbeaten since november but haven't kicked a ball domestically since mid december because of the winter break.

Can't risk Mkhi or any of the injury prone; Shaw, Jones, Carrick etc.

Get Zlat, Mata, Smalling, Blind, Fellaini and players that don't ever get injured or miss a game out there, shut up shop, don't do anything daft, nick one on the break if possible and slap the shit out of them at OT.

Keep it tight and play within ourselves, nicking a goal if we can.

Then get them back to Old Trafford and monster them.

Edit: What Dunk said

With the type of football we play, every pitch is a Fellaini pitch
