There'll never be another one like Ole.

All footballers are @#%&!s but he (along with Scholes) proves there's decent people out there on a Saturday afternoon and not just there for the money.

Well, I think Ole's a @#%&!.

Not once have I seen him sticking LUHG stickers on goalposts during a match.

He's never done £#%&! all for me.

Personally, I would actually marry Ole.And not just for his cash.We could watch videos together

Andy Cole was a cracking player for United, but a complete @#%&! from what i heard from various sources and shouldn't be mentioned in the same breath as Ole...

A complete @#%&!?

From what source is this?

From what i've heard he is sound, and still loves united.

Plus the fact he actually contributed more towards winning trophies than solskjaer...i'm not sure what you're getting at. Unless of course you're talking utter shite...

you've heard he's sound, i've heard he's a @#%&!.

we've got no way to prove who's right and who's wrong.

i never doubted his contribution or his ability.

and for the record, i don't do WUMs or make up stories... so no, i'm not knowingly talking shite as you so eloquently (or not) put it.

ok...

i've heard from people [who appear to know more than i do about the inner workings of the club than i do] claim he had a bit of an unfortunate attitude at times (to put it diplomatically) but so do a lot of players, some of whom i have met personally, so there's no surprise there and if you read my posts you'll see i have little time for 99.9% of professional footballers, so it's not just Cole i have the problem with.

sorry if my post isn't controversial or gossip-laden.

I know people at united who say gary neville is a complete utter @#%&! of a person.

I can't say i ever heard such unsavoury comments about Andy Cole.

Your post began on the ridiculous when you said Solskjaer shouldn't be mentioned in the same breath as Cole. We know what they did on the pitch (and that only), in that respect you're correct, Cole achieved far more.

good for you.

brilliant.

and for the last time, i wasn't saying cole wasn't as good as ole, i am just saying as an all round person i.e. football/non football combined Ole was higher up in my estimations...

opinions are like arseholes - everyone's got one...

Funny moment yesterday he tried to catch the ball and missed it by a mile. Stretford end singing "What the £#%&!ing hell was that?" and he shrugged his shoulders in a manuelesque fashion. We were 0-1 down at the time and it took a bit of the fear of losing away for me.
