Good solid performance - we really are experts at these euro away games now. Possession, minimum effort, late goal. Thought the whole team played well.

Was wondering - did anyone here guess the team before the game? I doubt it. Really is impossible these days.

well its not fabio primary responsibility anyways. evra is pretty poor in the final third for all the superb position he takes up and great overall attacking play. often ends up with poor crosses or bad decision making. but we hardly complain because in pretty much everything else he is world class.

fabio was the left back, defended decently, superb attacking play, couple of iffy crosses and a couple of decent ones.

nani is a winger. it's expected of him to get a better final ball and better decision making that what he is doing. I don't know what match people were watching when they say he was easily man of the match. very poor and frustrating. will not be surprised if he is shipped off in jan if he continues like this.

I think we will see more and more of valencia from now on, even in the big and important matches. nani will be used sparingly even more, which will make him more frustrating to watch as he will try too harder than necessary and end up overcooking things.

Yeah, but you're a bit simple. Now move along and let one of the other patients have access for a while, there's a good boy.
