Default I told you we would come back from 2-0 down against everton. I told you I was not confident

against milan.

now I am telling you (again) that we are going to run up an enormous score against city at the week-end. not a little score. not a hard-fought victory. a £#%&!ing aircraft carrier score.

prepare to smile on your way to get the sunday papers.

Reminds me of when Real Madrid spanked us at the the Bernabeu and we went and hit six past Newcastle the next game. City could get a serious beating.

If we play 4-4-2 & have Rooney playing off the striker (Smith or Saha) with Ronnie & Giggs playing out of their £#%&!ing skins + Carrick & Scholesy dictating the pace.....not to mention a certain Mr Ferdinand back in the side then I think we'll win (maybe someone else on freekick duty as well. Ronnie, please stop hitting the £#%&!ing wall. Vary your £#%&!ing technique a bit FFS)

If we 'rest' players because of last night...if we start at a cagey tempo then we'll make it hard for ourselves - we can't keep coming back from 1 or 2 goals down.
This is City's World Cup Final remember.

The Premiership Title isn't in the bag, but a win on Saturday gives us more than one hand on the £#%&!er.
We have to see it home now.

Default well

it's not like we've got to save anyone. if we beat city, the chelsea game is irrelevant.

all i know is that the total number of goals scored in that game will be six. how it actually breaks down between the sides is up to you to work out.

Not wanting to start an argument but does a team ever win 5-0 and it isn't comfortable?

technically a 5-0 win can be uncomfortable because it could be like, 1-0 at half time, a real battle until the 87th minute when it becomes 2-0, then 3 more goals in injury time (5 minutes of it).

I suppose but that's rather unlikely. I think I'd take it as read that if someone predicts a 5-0 win that they are also predicting it'll be comfortable.
