Chelsea should win it from here, they have the advantage of no European football this season, an easier schedule to manage.

Second should be a target, none of the other challengers looks convincing enough to take it out of reach.

Nervous about today though, over the last couple of years Utd have had an uncanny ability to disperse our optimism. Better side now, more of a spine

Would you be worried about Liverpool catching us if they were 7 points behind?

'£#%&! all' . Ok. By all means think we can catch them, we might. I wouldn't rule it out, but a seven point lead isn't exactly '£#%&! all', let's be honest.

It doesn't have to be one extreme or the other.

Like most people I think Chelsea will win it, they've looked pretty untroubled. But I think United will end up closer to them than Liverpool, who are massively overhyped.

Perhaps, but very little else and a shed load of neurosis.

Same. Runners up is a realistic target, throw in a pot or two and the progress that's been made on the pitch and that's a hell of a season.

I think we're talking about two different things here

Can we overtake Liverpool? Definitely.

Can we overhaul a Chavs? Unlikely.

2-0 City.

tbh if you're going to go down to 10 men against any team, you'd pick Burnley. Their only ambition is "lets not get battered".

They'll score again in a minute. It's inevitable. They're having a shot on target on sunderland goal every time they go forward.
