Hate the way he struts around like the big l am. You don’t have a footballing brain Marcus, so the very least you can do is work your arse off to try and make up for it! Bet he is a bastard to play with because of his strops.

30 goals last season, involved in 1/3 of our goals this season, but apparently he's lazy, entitled and has a bad attitude

He also got an assist in the Bayern game - so he is still contributing. No one has really covered themselves in glory. Has he been playing as well as he did last season? No. But none of them have.

And that Rolls Royce is one beautiful car.

Benefit of the doubt status = given.

we'll we've only scored 9 goals so he's had an involvement in 3 goals.

He's had a stinky start to the season, no doubt. But he's hardly alone in that regard.

Pretty sure this time last season the criticisms of him were the same, if not worse. By January there was an apology thread. By May he'd scored 30 goals.

He's not a leader or a talismanic figure on the pitch, it'd be nice if he was, but he isn't. But because he has the potential to win games on his own at times through ability alone, he gets treated like he is. And when his form dips and he's not going to win us games, he gets rinsed.

Will admit that it doesn't help that the club pay him like they do, which makes him an easy target to complain about and over-inflates his importance to the team.

All fair, but he'd get a lot more leeway if he wasn't strolling around with a face like a slapped arse.

his demeanour, off the ball work, facial expression etc ARE IDENTICAL TO LAST SEASON.

he's just had a somewhat dry spell in the first 5 games... a lot of which he's been out of position. it will change soon enough and he'll start scoring.

Jesus wept. you have to be a special sort of idiot to turn on rashford who's our player of the season and has scored 100+ goals for the club, and be buzzing off Sergio reguilon whos played two, lost two, conceded 7 just because he chased someone

It’s entirely possible to give Rashford some leeway while also appreciating that so far Reguilon is a decent loan.

That’s how it started with Phil Jones.

Hope Erik's last words to the players as they leave the Turf Moor dressing room on Saturday are "Tits and teeth, lads! Tits and teeth!"

Are people saying effort and attitude aren’t important in football?

Wow… big call. So I guess Roy Keane was actually a bit shit given those things don’t apparently matter.
