Got me thinking. Of all the games where you remember a dubious decision and you could get it replayed (and go back to the time it was played), which game would you choose?

Porto 03 or Chelsea in 11 springs to mind?

Porto was the only genuinely corrupt match, the Russian officials from that match were suspended the following season

The penalty we didn’t get in the FA Cup against Portsmouth at OT in ‘08. That’d be 2 trebles.

Two good examples, plus 76 Cup final, wasn't there an awful decision against us in the 69 European cup semi final.

Honestly couldn’t think of one game that we were robbed of that I think might have been different. Thanks for reminding me of them two games out of over a thousand we've played in the same time though.

Tottenham at home when Roy Carroll chucked it in his own net then scooped it out

I was sat in the Stretford end so couldn’t see if it crossed the line….saw it on telly later it was almost on deansgate

too many. the porto game might have robbed the world of mou (well worth it). but other decisions cost us league titles. rio's tackle on ben arfa and city don't win the league. too many involving arsenal and chelsea - the "foul" by fletcher at stamford bridge and the challenge on the ensuing cross, cole having two legit goals wiped out at highbury before bergkamp tripped irwin and then scored. semi final pen v everton. the whole £#%&!ing game against portsmouth. chocky goal not given v forest just before hillsborough. we get all the decisions, though.

would have liked the 76 fa cup.

Brian McClair's goal v Forest in the cup. Win that, play the semi v Liverpool probably at Maine Road or Goodison, no Hillsborough disaster, standing probably still allowed at football, no premier league, no 'whole new ball game', no stat £#%&!ers gibbering on about 'duels won' .

Ok, maybe I got carried away there.

The Nani red card game at Old Trafford against Real Madrid in 2013.

Surely VAR would overturn that. Never a red, and it completely changed the tide of the game.

No chance VAR overturns anything that impedes United I’m afraid.

15 years later and I’m still REALLY pissed off about that match. £#%&!ing West Brom in the semi and Cardiff in the final.

We could’ve played the second string and still pissed it

Yep. Denis put the ball 3 feet over the line before the defender booted it out. Also memorable for Cudicini (the Chelsea guy’s dad) being hit by something thrown from the Streford End. One of the first games I remember being at.
