Her first thought when seeing one of her clubs players apparently injured on the pitch should have been that Chelsea were already down to 10 men and couldn't afford to go down to 9 men even for a minute rather than to rush onto the pitch and treat the player as she's meant to being the club doctor and all

I wouldn't be surprised if they had a massive fallout after the match. They are both well paid professionals, so they have big egos. And you know what happens when egos clashes.

He's basically saying that she should know at what stage of the game he has instructed his players to fake injuries.
