You only need to see him out wide against Italy at the WC to understand that and Januzaj & Di Maria are much better players out wide in a front 3 than Rooney is in a wide forward role

It will be interesting to see how this pans out over the next year or so

One of Rooney, RvP and Mata doesn't play, at least one I should say.

Tbf, up-and-coming forum sage Ziggy also put him on the left, interestingly with Januzaj on the right, like me.
