Jim Glazer is easily my favorite member of the Glazer family.

Very encouraged all the same.

The irony of the Qatar crew calling Jim broke a few months back.

I've still only seen that one weird photo of the Qatar bloke. I'm convinced he's an AI wum.

I knew a few match goers that wanted them and honestly, they get a pass because I understand the desperation and frustration that comes after 2 decades under these @#%&!s. The thought of being able to spend unrestricted is a heady drug indeed.

That said, anyone who took a step back and had half a brain can see it was very much the wrong horse to back.

Yep, loads of my mates wanted them too. Just desperate with United’s decline and the view that the only route to competing is to join the oil clubs. They still might be right. But any recovery we do achieve under Jim will surely be enjoyed more like our success in the 90’s was.

Can’t help but feel that some Fredsters decided to back the Qatar wums solely because some of the forums real top boys were pro-Jim. Sad that they’d let personal grudges sway them in such a way that they’d throw United under the bus. Hopefully this is a lesson learned for them.
