Of course it's Di Maria. He started the party, and that run for the second, a fleet footed number 7 dancing down the wing leaving defenders on their arses, bloody hell it's been too long.

Herrera.

A bit of everything: work ethic, bite in the challenge; some great interplay and a lovely goal that reminded me of the Ginger Prince

Could easily have had two, and I've seen worse claims for a pen.

A genuine threat from midfield. It's been a while.

Di Maria.

Held my tongue when we bought him even though I thought he was pretty average and we'd paid £30m too much.

Fortunately by not mentioning my opinion to anyone I an now able to convincingly pretend I thought he was world class all along and a snip at the fee.

Smashed over his head

Love Janners but that was pretty poor.

Blind and Herrera were great too not least because the way they have us playing as a team again. Matoh and Rafael as well.
