Three of the last four league winning managers were in their sixties. The other one WAS Mourinho.

I know it's open season on him at the moment and he thoroughly warrants it with the abject rubbish he's subjected us to so far, but come on.

It does feel like management is becoming a bit more of a young man's game, especially in terms of building something. But to just randomly draw the line at 50 is a bit weird. He's actually suggesting that Klopp being 49 and Mourinho being 53 is the factor

Fergie throwing tea cups around seems long gone....this lot would bring in solicitors if they were subjected to any minor violence

"Erm; we actually find your hairdryer treatment a micro-aggression...."

Written consent before launching a boot at Beckham's head....

Knives out 5 games in

Going to be a tumultuous relationship unless he starts winning, a lot, and quick. The press clearly have their knives sharpened already and are looking to go at him a lot quicker than Moyes/LvG.. Wonder if they've wanted to properly go for him for a while but were reluctant with him being synonymous with London's flagship club.. all bets seemingly off now.

the question is not whether he is still a great coach, it is whether he was ever a great coach.

That article loses all credibility with the following line:

Quote:
OK, Claudio Ranieri is 64 and won the Premier League title last season in his first campaign at Leicester City. But Leicester did not need a rebuild. They just needed a shrewd Tinkerman.
As though this moron knew that Leicester were Premier League contenders in waiting all along

it's all a bit "what did the roman's ever do for us?"

"apart from all the older managers winning the league..."

Made the biggest mistake ever this morning by glancing through the back page of a newspaper that some other cabbie had left at the rank. £#%&!ing hell. Players were "shocked" that the manager tore into them after they should have lost 4-1 to Watford. Really? Shocked?

What did they expect? "Ah never mind lads, what's everyone doing tonight for dinner."

Our squad is full of absolute £#%&!ing fannies, the sooner Jose eviscerates this dressing room and replaces it with some actual men the better.

Yup, awful £#%&!ing @#%&!s the lot of them. Seeing midgets like Silva and Sterling bouncing our lads off and first to everything in the Derby was £#%&!ing sickening bunch of absolute fannies

Has been for years. Was the undoing of the last manager, let's see if Mourinho can sort it..

Time was players would have faces like scared children coming off the pitch after a defeat because what awaited them in the dressing room from Fergie was far worse.

What has happened? In the power vacuum after Fergie and Gill left it seems the £#%&!ing players have seized control of the dressing room and are running it

Absolutely sickened that some of our players would go running to these same gutter rats that work for papers that sell stories about their team mates cheating on their wives.

We've got the quietest & most timid back 4 in United history.
Keeper, brilliant though he is never says a £#%&!ing word.
Valencia is mute isn't he??
Blind, lovely footballer & all that but..
Smalling, astonishing lack of awareness sometimes & shows absolutely zero aggression in his game.
Shaw, another mild mannered nothing personality.

Midfield is even £#%&!ing worse. At least some of the defenders can actually play.

Yep. I know you all mocked me for my pro-LvG stance throughout last season, but it was in no small part due to my utter disdain for the playing staff. Someone needs to be given precedence over the spineless shits wearing the shirts. Now it must be Mourinho.

The performances they put in for LvG were £#%&!ing embarrassing at times and cannot be excused because he made them train twice a day, or be more rigid in their positional play etc. It's £#%&!ing %@#$&!s. They are employees ffs.

Apologies for posting a tweet from this @#%&! but...

He's sensitive about being told to close down?!

Can you imagine if that had been Schmeichel & Pally or Van Der Sar & Rio??

It's not even a point about passion & shouting!, it's about communication, organisation, focus etc..

It's not really surprising that we've crumbled after our first setback.
