Default Carlo Ancelotti

Oh ffs

Real Madrid's Italian manager Carlo Ancelotti, 62, has emerged as a surprise candidate to become the next Manchester United boss.
Can see where this is heading now. ETH doesn’t fancy it and we’re utterly flummoxed as to what to do, so into a cycle of 1-2 year managers for the next decade

Just keep RR FFS… besides why would he leave Madrid for us?

Bit mad considering every top manager in the game wants to come.

The Real Madrid head coach is not one of the leading candidates for the position but is viewed as a possible back-up if the club fail to land one of their top targets, such as Mauricio Pochettino, Erik ten Hag or Luis Enrique.
Not quite as worrying when you see the rest of the article.

I see our ‘extensive search’ has come up with the most obvious names possible.

They want RR 'upstairs' ASAP apparently.

Madrid considering potting Ancelotti and bringing Poch in.

I’ll still can’t see us having the ambition or imagination to go for ETH.

We’ll take the easy option and go for Poch. I still wouldn’t rule out RR. If he gets top four, there will be all kinds coming out about how ‘the board are seriously considering him as an option’.

I can understand one of the old boys coming for a last big pay day but why would you want to blot your career if you were a young manager on the rise.

The club is a graveyard for managers.

Or as a certain Mr Ferguson showed you can make your career on it...revive the club and he becomes a legend.
