Having said that. Southampton are the home team, £#%&! all to play for and they've set up like an away tie in Europe.

We'd be on our 30th tv replay by now had we been awarded that penalty.

Nothing match
I'm shocked

The end our league campaign deserves

Axel has been very good considering he's a centre back playing in midfield
Impressive composure on the ball
Hope he plays as centre back against Palace

Other than that Mata's been decent and Rooney started well but has faded badly
Less said about Micki and Martial the better

Crap match.

Smalling and Jones might be playing off for a spot next to Blind in the Europa. Ajax do not have the type of players to really target his weaknesses. The starting pair today have both been comfortable.

Mata v Martial might be the other question, Mata has been tidy but how badly we need some speed and explosiveness in our attack stands out.

Fellaini Key man from goal kicks.

Darmian cannot play left black....it's so pointless ...add in Fellani and the crappy formation with no width...not surprising we're so dull..

We are so clueless going forward. Not even annoyed anymore just sad.

There is a fundamental problem with the way we play. We don't seem to realise that 20/25 pass moves just make it less likely you'll create a clear chance, and yet here we are addicted to numbers.

How many times does it happen that someone within these protracted passages of play takes all the potential thrust away by simply knocking the ball backwards unnecessarily? How many times do you see someone with 15/20 yards of open space behind them just refuse to turn and run at the defence, instead knocking it first time back to the passer? It's £#%&!ing maddening.

Clueless.

Yep.

Is nobody allowed to mention that he handballed it a full yard outside the area?

It is almost impressive how anonymously shite he is, others take the main criticism and he meanders on. People just forget he is playing, only explanation for it.

we run at the defence all the time tbh. Trouble is we just run straight at them. Don't try to trick them, or pass through them, oh no. Just charge at them and of course it gets taken off us.
