Zlat,
Rashford
Martial
Rooney
Angel gomes/chong

In that order. We have 18 prem games left. If he does get injured rashford/martial more than capable of getting 8-12 goals . Plus the midfield are begining to chip in. The worry is nobody can hold up play like ibra

18 PL Games, at least 5 Cup games, looking at our fixtures, that should lead to at least 4 more games, so 27 in total.

Surely Rooney can be relied on to provide back up to Zlat?

Think i'd go Martial first but more worried about Carrick getting a knock as it would be £#%&!ing Fellani.

We need to keep Morgan and Deepay for the Europa stuff unless we get replacements.

Rooney is too slow to lead the line on his own. He cannot hold up the ball either. You need atleast one trait in a lone striker.

Id go rashford and martial ahead of him simply because they can stretch the defence much better than rooney

Is he slower than Zlat? I wouldn't have thought so. If he finds some form he'll be able to contribute in that role.

No but zlatan brings some world class holding up the ball, strength and aerial threat , which is why zlatan gets away with not being fast.

Rooney, Martial and Rashford should be enough, plenty of options up front. Easier situation for Rooney now, he can play a role instead of trying to be all things for the team.

Midfield is more likely to be the problem, with Schneiderlen and Schweinsteiger surely gone, might need to add one this month.

Bring back Hernandez, Nani and Evra. Depay and Schneiderlin out to pay for it.

Right the wrongs of Moyes and LVG.

Looking at the state of the table at the time of posting, our 'goals for' column is considerably weaker than anyone else in the top six and I'd question: Rooney's fitness and ability to operate up top, on his own; Rashford's experience (asking too much of him, too soon); and Martial's goal scoring record.

If so, who could he get in?
Won't be wearing the shirt again after rolling in pissed on boxing day.

Mourinho was seething by all accounts.

We are fine up front. If Zlat needs rest, Martial, Rashers, with Rooney an option off the bench

central mid though is an injury away from Fellaini starting every game

Zlat would be missed for a lot more besides his goals, a long lay off could well see utd not getting a T4 spot. Just have to hope in that event there would be one big last hurrah from the white Pele.

I'd have Hernandez back in a flash. Jose is a fan too.
